DURECT Corporation Presenting at The CIBC World Markets 13th Annual Health Care Conference


CUPERTINO, Calif., Oct 30, 2002 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- DURECT Corporation (Nasdaq: DRRX) announced today that it will present at the CIBC World Markets 13th Annual Health Care Conference. The conference is being held at The Plaza Hotel in New York City. Dr. James E. Brown, Chief Executive Officer, will be presenting at the conference on Tuesday, November 5th, 2002 at 11:30 a.m. EST. DURECT's presentation will be webcast live for investors and available for replay for a period of 30 days following the conference.
