DURECT Corporation Presenting at The Adams, Harkness & Hill's 22nd Annual Summer Seminar

The conference is being held at The Boston Marriott Long Wharf Hotel. Dr. James E. Brown, President and Chief Executive Officer will be presenting at the conference on Tuesday, August 6, 2002 at 3:30 p.m. EDT. DURECT's presentation will be webcast live for investors and available for replay for a period of 30 days following the conference.
